GQC analysis was done on two XY samples, FQ9413 and ZX7933, at the time of importation and the conclusions are consistent in all samples. The results of the analysis are congruent with the SDS and ZX7933 is the representative sample selected for the report. The background is 129S1/SvImJ. The mitochondrial genome and Y chromosome are consistent with the 129S1/SvImJ background and none of the constructs detectable by MiniMUGA are present.
